Cobwebs removed, internal glass, handles and fittings, hallway and stairs, all rubbish cleared.

I set up VPC Property Care after 25 years in senior commercial and operational roles, where I learned that the details are what people remember. I work with letting agents and short-let hosts who need a property ready on time, to a standard they don't have to check.
I'm insured and DBS checked, and you'll deal with me directly from booking to handover. If something isn't right, I'll tell you before you find it.

How it works
Address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the date you need it ready.
You'll have a clear price and a confirmed slot, usually the same day.
We clean, photograph the finished property and confirm it's done.
Quotes are based on property size and condition. Larger properties are cleaned by a team so turnaround times stay tight.
